Adesola Abayomi-Sosan, known in professional circles as Desola Sosan or Coach Daisy is a People and Resources Optimizer.

With her background in Customer Service Excellence and Strategic Continuous Process Improvement, her personal goal is to facilitate enlightenment and transfer of knowledge, supporting individuals, families and organizations to achieve their highest aspirations.

She is a Certified Family Systems Engineering Practitioner, Neurolinguistic Practitioner and Coaching Professional. She is a Master trainer, Facilitator and Public Speaker.

As Director/Lead Practitioner at The Daisy Place UK Limited, she works with individuals, corporate organisations through her coaching courses, one to one and group coaching, speaking engagements and conferences. She also finds joy in working with charities to support displaced families and helping to settle them in new communities.

Desola Sosan is a child and teen mentor at the highly successful Ready For Life Mentoring Program. She considers it a huge honour to mentor 8-9 year olds and 14-15 year olds.

With several testimonials to the impact of her work and satisfied clientele from across the world, her book, Becoming An Ocean (An Intentional Parenting Blueprint) due for release in 2025 will further impact the world.
