Mastering Love: A Journey Towards Authentic Connection – 10 The Law of Communication 2
Jun 30, 2025
When love is not properly taught, discovered and understood people will make all sorts of excuses for what we have been empowered to handled. When the subject of sin is often discussed I have realized that you can avoid sin out of fear and you can avoid it out of love. The most empowering is when you love someone enough not to sin against them. What that means is that when you truly love someone it shows in the reference with which you talk to and about them both in their presence and in their absence.
The second law of love stipulates that one of the core expressions of your love is how you communicate with those you love. It however starts with how we communicate within ourselves. This is called your inner dialogue.
I want you to pause at this juncture and sit still without making any attempt to think about anything. I need you to spend the next 5 minutes to pay attention to the conversations or the images that show up in your mind without you making any effort to determine what goes on in your mind.
- Did you hear words that evoke strength, power and promote your highest ability?
- Did you see images that show the greatest version of you?
If what shows up within you are images of fear, regrets or chaos then you now know why you are very critical of others and hardly see what is good in them. You simply lack self acceptance and if you don’t accept you there is no way you can effectively communicate with others.
There are 3 cardinal keys that drive this law of communication and they are-
Perception
Trust
Connection
I will handle them tomorrow but for now I want you to write out affirmations that speaks to your greatest self and repeat them to your soul over and over again till your soul starts to repeat them to you.
Remember love is first who you are before what you say or do. So adjust your inner dialogue to affirm the beauty within you and you will notice that you will start seeing the beauty in everyone and that drives how you talk to and about them.
