Pre-teens are at a crossroads full of energy, curiosity, and potential, but also facing distractions that can waste years. Innovators channels that energy into confidence, creativity, and purposeful action.
You’ll watch them begin to own their future before they even step into high school.

MENTORS SHOWCASE

Our mentors are certified coaches, trained in both Family Systems Engineering and child development.
They are African role models — professionals, creatives, scholars, and entrepreneurs who embody the LEGACY framework and understand the diaspora experience.

Every child is personally assigned a mentor who walks with them through the journey — ensuring results, transformation, and family feedback.

Coach Onoms – Building Confident, Value-Driven Teens

When preteens (ages 11–13) meet Coach Onoms (Onomen Ekhoragbon), they meet someone who gets them. She understands the struggles of growing up, friendships, school pressure, body changes, and tough decision and helps young people face them with confidence, clarity, and courage.
